PRE-ORDER POLICY - RETURNS - CANCELLATIONS

 

DUE TO THE LIMITED NATURE OF THE ITEMS WE SELL, WE OFFER OUR BUYERS THE CHANCE TO PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE YET TO BE RELEASED IN ORDER TO SECURE A CERTAIN ITEM BEFORE ITS RELEASE. 


Important Notice:

As of October 11, 2019, all transaction processing fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to both pre-order and in-stock orders, as payment processors no longer refund these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for transaction processing fees. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Pre-Order Payment Options

We offer three different payment options for pre-orders:

  1. Deposit Option

    • You will be charged a deposit at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due when the item is ready to ship.
    • Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund of the deposit.
    • Cancellation after 2 days: The deposit will be non-refundable.

    Please note: Prices do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated on the product page.

  2. Pay in Full Option

    • You pay the full amount at the time of purchase and receive a discount for paying in full.
  3. FlexPay Option

    • You make automatic monthly payments towards the total cost of the item.
    • A deposit is required when the order is placed.
    • Deposits are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

    Deposit-Only Orders:

    • All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

    Pay in Full Orders:

    • If the order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the order is canceled after 24 hours, the deposit portion is non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

    FlexPay Orders:

    • The initial deposit is non-refundable.
    • Subsequent payments are refundable.

    Moducase Orders:

    • Due to the custom made-to-order nature of Moducase products, all Moducase pre-orders are non-refundable after 7 days from the order date.
    • Cancellations within 7 days will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee, deducted from the total order value.

    Store Credit / Gift Cards:

    • Orders paid using store credit or gift cards are non-refundable.

Store Credit / Gift Card Usage

  • Store credit and gift cards cannot be used to purchase items that are already discounted or on sale. These payment methods are only applicable to full-priced items.

Cancellation Fees

Please note that all orders are subject to cancellation fees. This includes both pre-order and in-stock items. Specifically, transaction processing fees charged by our payment processor are non-refundable for any cancelled order, as these fees are not returned to us by the payment processor.


Damaged Items / Lost Items / Return Policy

  • Damaged Items:

    • All items are insured for their full value during transit.
    • If your item arrives damaged, we will make every effort to replace it at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, you have the following options:
      1. Return the damaged item for a full refund.
      2. Have the item professionally repaired at no cost to you.
  • Lost Items:

    • If an item is lost during transit, we will offer a refund or replacement.
  • Important: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to report damage or loss; after this period, the policy will no longer apply.


Return Policy

  • Changed Your Mind?:
    • For in-stock items, returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • All returned items must be in brand-new, sealed condition.
    • 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
    • A refund will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

Additional Terms

  • Non-Transferability: All orders are non-transferable. The purchaser cannot transfer ownership or rights to another individual.
